After six months of R&D and testing, Zhengzhou Yamei Machinery has put two new deep wood processing machines into formal mass production: chain conveyor wood crushers and multi-functional superfine wood powder machines. The two models fill the market gap of medium and small deep wood processing equipment and solve widespread industry troubles including labor-consuming manual feeding and unqualified wood powder fineness, receiving bulk pre-orders from wood processing plants nationwide right after release.
Conventional wood crushers require workers to carry long logs and thick branches manually, resulting in heavy labor load and frequent slipping and blockage during feeding. Our new chain conveyor wood crusher is fitted with wear-resistant automatic chain feeding components. Long wood materials placed on the conveyor frame will be conveyed into the crushing chamber automatically without manual feeding, greatly cutting labor expenses and supporting batch crushing of garden branches and long mixed wood. Its thickened wear-resistant cutters steadily output uniform wood chips for organic fertilizer and biomass fuel raw materials.
The matching superfine wood powder machine features a multi-layer grinding structure with adjustable grinding fineness levels, producing ultra-fine wood powder suitable for industries with strict raw material fineness standards such as incense production, mushroom cultivation and board filling. Ordinary wood crushers in the market cannot achieve ultra-fine grinding, making this model a perfect market supplement. Both new machines can be matched with our HGJ series rotary dryers. Crushed wood chips and powder are directly transported into dryers for moisture adjustment to form integrated crushing and drying production lines.
Yamei Machinery’s product range covers full-process equipment for wood shavings, wood chips, wood wool, wood powder, waste paper crushing and material drying. We customize equipment from small single machines to complete linked production lines, providing tailored solutions for individual small workshops and large integrated processing factories. The mass production of new products further strengthens our one-stop supply advantage for wood waste processing machinery. Clients are freed from cumbersome coordination with multiple suppliers, enjoying unified supporting accessories and after-sales service to lower their overall procurement and maintenance costs.
