The expansion of Yamei Machinerys standardized production park has been completed, and large complete equipment assembly workshops are officially put into use.

Since its establishment in 2012, Zhengzhou Yamei Machinery has achieved steady growth. The factory expansion project is fully finished, with an additional 2000㎡ large assembly workshop now in operation. Equipped with heavy lifting gear and multiple test stations, the new workshop assembles Model 3490 8-axis shaving machines, 15m HGJ rotary dryers and combined production lines simultaneously. All machines undergo raw material testing before delivery, boosting quality control and shortening lead times for bulk orders.

Over a decade, Yamei focuses on wood bedding and waste paper recycling machinery. Limited assembly space previously restricted production efficiency of large drying and multi-axis shaving lines. The expansion adds cutting and tool processing stations for in-house core component manufacturing, avoiding unstable outsourced parts. Upgraded thick steel frames and wear-resistant blades improve machine durability. Full-process quality inspection covers all production stages, with complete test records archived for after-sales tracking.

After factory expansion, our capacity to receive visiting clients has greatly improved. Multiple customer groups can test machines on site at the same time. Our workshop displays full-size shaving machines, wood crushers, dryers and paper tube shredders all year round. Clients can bring raw materials to test production and check finished output directly. As a direct machinery manufacturer based in Zhengzhou without middlemen markup, we produce and sell complete processing equipment independently. With expanded production capacity, we guarantee on-time delivery for domestic and overseas orders, supplying cost-effective machines for agricultural and forest waste recycling.
