II. Working Principle

Wet materials are evenly fed into the drying drum via the feeding device. The inclined drum with built-in combined lifting flights constantly lifts, drops and tumbles materials to form a three-dimensional material curtain inside the cylinder. High-temperature hot air fully contacts and exchanges heat with materials to rapidly evaporate internal moisture through multiple drying mechanisms including cutting, extrusion and convection. Materials slowly move toward the discharge end along with drum rotation, undergoing multi-stage drying, slow cooling and homogenization. The fully dried materials are discharged smoothly, while waste gas can be purified by supporting dust removal equipment before emission. The whole process runs automatically with high drying efficiency and stable operation free of overload tripping.
