Introduction to Large Wood Shaving Machine
1.R&D BackgroundThis is our 4th-generation model, independently developed by the professional technical team of Zhengzhou Yamei Machinery.
2.Optimized StructureIt is equipped with widened cutter shafts and an enlarged feeding hopper. The number of cutter blades can be adjusted as required, and the machine can process all kinds of dry and wet wood materials.
3.Controllable Finished ShavingsThe thickness of wood shavings can be freely adjusted, and the shape can be customized. Under standard working conditions, the hourly output reaches 1,500–2,000 kg, producing thin, uniform and neatly formed shavings.
4.Energy-saving PerformanceThe total installed power is 50.6 kW, each component can operate independently with low overall power consumption. Blade specifications can be customized according to the target size of finished shavings.
5.Output NoteThe actual output is affected by wood log diameter, raw material density and preset shaving thickness. Production capacity cannot be judged merely by the machine model. Please consult our technical staff if you have any questions.
