II. Equipment Aliases & Processing Scope

The wood shredder is also known as timber crusher or sawdust machine.It can process materials in one pass: hard miscellaneous wood, waste lumber, board offcuts, twigs, bark, bamboo, compressed boards, construction formwork, waste bamboo fences, construction waste wood, hard plastics, paper tubes of all sizes and logs. It directly produces wood chips, wood flour and fine sawdust without secondary re-shredding.

III. Shredding Working Principle

Equipped with a hydraulic clamping forced feeding mechanism, the cutter shaft rotates at high speed to shred materials through dual functions of cutting and extrusion. Under standard working conditions, its hourly output reaches 22 cubic meters, and the fineness of finished sawdust can be stably controlled at 2–5 mm.

Optimized based on the technical framework of original German equipment, this model is specially designed for processing logs, wood blocks and board scraps. It achieves one-step forming without re-shredding and serves as the flagship core product of Yamei Machinery.
