The 3490 Multi-Shaft Wood Shaving Machine is iteratively developed by the professional technical team of Yamei Machinery. It adopts a multi-cutter-shaft structure with an extended feeding hopper, and the number of cutter blades can be adjusted as required, delivering greatly improved processing capacity. It is suitable for processing large logs, thick branches and other raw wood materials.
This machine supports customized thickness and shape of wood shavings. Under standard working conditions, its hourly output reaches 4,000–4,500 kg, producing uniform and good-looking shaving flakes. The total installed power of the whole machine is 100.5 kW, and the unit can operate independently with low power consumption per unit output. Blade specifications can be customized according to the target size of finished shavings. The actual output is affected by log diameter, wood density and shaving thickness. We can provide one-to-one customized model solutions based on your raw material conditions.

The blades feature high hardness and outstanding wear resistance, and the size of wood shavings can be freely adjusted.
