Processing Capacity & Finished Product Applications

Also referred to as large log crusher or pellet sawdust grinder, this machine can crush raw logs, fruit tree branches, waste lumber, bark and furniture offcuts in one single run. It produces sawdust with a fineness of 0.5–2 mm, requiring no secondary crushing.

The finished sawdust has wide applications: raw material for charcoal, biomass pellets and compressed boards, wood pallets, soil conditioner, flower cultivation substrate, and livestock & poultry bedding. It realizes eco-friendly recycling of waste wood to create extra profits.
