This is our 3rd upgraded generation model, optimized and improved based on imported equipment to suit domestic and overseas wood processing markets. It can crush all types of wood with no residual debris left after discharging.
It is designed with a widened and enlarged feeding inlet and an internal matched screen mesh. Substandard crushed materials will be intercepted during crushing to prevent unprocessed waste from spilling out. The fineness of finished sawdust can be freely adjusted from 1 mm to 5 mm, and the aperture of screen mesh can be customized as required.
The machine has a designed service life of around 10 years. Its blades are made of wear-resistant materials with a normal service cycle of 2 years. Dull blades can be reground and reused to greatly reduce the cost of blade replacement and procurement.

1.YM-600 (Medium & Small Model)It features lower power, lighter weight and smaller floor space, suitable for medium and small processing factories. With a maximum feed diameter of 210mm and hourly output of 4–5 tons, it is ideal for customers with small-sized raw materials and medium production capacity requirements.
2.YM-750 (Large Mass-Production Model)Equipped with a high-power main motor and wider feeding inlet, it can process thick logs with a diameter of 350mm. Its hourly output is doubled to 9–10 tons, matched with longer automatic conveying belts, making it perfect for large-scale production lines of sawdust and animal bedding.
