This is the 3rd-generation upgraded model, optimized and improved based on imported equipment to fit various wood processing markets at home and abroad. It can crush all types of wood materials without residual debris after discharging.
The machine is equipped with a widened and enlarged feeding inlet and built-in layered screen mesh structure. Substandard crushed materials will be intercepted during crushing to prevent unqualified waste from discharging directly, delivering more uniform finished products. The fineness of finished sawdust can be freely adjusted from 1 mm to 4 mm, and the aperture of screen mesh can be customized as required.
The designed service life of the whole machine is around 10 years. The blades are made of highly wear-resistant materials with a normal service cycle of 2 years. Dull blades can be reground and reused to reduce procurement costs for blade replacement.

Wait until the machine fully starts up and the rotation speed stabilizes before feeding raw materials into the inlet. Feeding materials during startup will cause overload and damage to the equipment.
