I. Product Introduction

The 2060-4 four-shaft wood shaving machine from Zhengzhou Yamei is the 4th-generation medium-sized wood shaving processing equipment. Our company has 14 years of experience specializing in wood bedding machinery. Adopting self-developed four-shaft cutting structure, the machine has a total power of 65.1kW with an hourly output of 1000-1700kg, suitable for processing both dry and wet logs and branches.

The thickness of wood shavings can be freely adjusted from 0.3mm to 2mm, and the size & shape of finished products can be customized as required. Designed with low dust emission, it meets international export standards. Fully pre-commissioned before delivery, the machine only needs flat ground placement and wiring as marked to start production right after arrival.

It is widely applied in mass production of horse bedding, pet filler and export packaging cushioning materials. It can be matched with log grapple feeders, drying, screening and baling equipment to form a fully automatic complete production line. The actual output varies based on log diameter, density and moisture content, and the single-unit low power consumption greatly cuts electricity costs.

2. Self-Developed SSH Wear-Resistant Cutter Set with High Finished Product Yield

Our self-developed SSH wear-resistant blades are optimized for poplar, pine and cedar processing. They deliver high raw material utilization with minimal debris, feature slow wear during long-term operation and easy maintenance & replacement to lower comprehensive production costs. 3. Flexible Adjustable Parameters for Multi-Scenario Production

Wood shaving thickness is adjustable from 0.3mm to 2mm, and finished size & shape can be fully customized. The hopper feeding speed ranges from 5 to 6 strokes per minute with adjustable settings. An optional log grapple auto-feeder can be installed, and the machine can connect with dust-free screening, drying, slag removal and baling lines to build a fully automatic bedding processing workshop.
