The gear-type YM-950 ultra-fine wood powder mill, also known as sawdust grinder, incense-making wood powder machine and wood shredder. This new ultra-fine crushing production line delivers outstanding crushing performance and high output for all kinds of fibrous materials, with freely adjustable finished powder fineness.
It can crush soft minerals of Grade 3 hardness, brittle materials, tough fibrous materials and agglomerated solid raw materials. The fineness of finished powder ranges from 10 mesh to 525 mesh in one single processing pass, with a powder yield of over 95% and minimal waste residue.
Applicable materials: Miscellaneous wood powder and bamboo powder for incense production, soft wood powder, rice husks, corn cobs, peanut shells, rice chaff, charcoal, plastic, leather, mica, cotton materials, feed, condiments, tire cords, rigid foam and more.
1.Startup & Shutdown ProceduresStartup sequence: Close air blower → Start air blower → Classifier motor → Main motor → Feeding motorShutdown operation: Stop feeding 5–10 minutes before shutdown, then power off in reverse startup order.
2.Feeding ControlMatch feeding volume with the load of the main unit. Reduce feed if overload occurs, and add more materials if the load is insufficient to maintain stable operation under rated load.
3.Finished Powder Fineness AdjustmentThe thickness of finished powder is controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the classifier impeller:
Coarse finished powder: Increase the rotation speed of the classifier impeller
Over-fine finished powder: Decrease the rotation speed of the classifier impeller
4.Processing Requirements for Special MaterialsWhen processing heat-sensitive raw materials, the operating load of the main unit shall be slightly lower than the rated power.
5.Daily Component InspectionRegularly check the tension of V-belts. The standard tension force is 2–2.7 kgf to prevent belt slipping.
6.Raw Material PreprocessingHard foreign objects such as metal and stones are strictly prohibited from mixing into raw materials to avoid damage to the crushing chamber.
7.Pre-Startup InspectionConfirm all connecting parts of the machine are tight, and all sealing joints are closely fitted without powder or air leakage.

1.Feeding Limitation: The diameter of raw materials shall not exceed 20mm; large wood blocks need pre-crushing.
