The YM-1200 Bagging & Baler is a mature hydraulic baling machine developed by Zhengzhou Yamei Machinery through years of technical research. Since 2012, it has been mass-supplied to horse bedding processing clients in the UK, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and other regions, serving as the core special model for compressing fluffy agricultural and forestry materials.

Equipped with a complete hydraulic drive control system, the machine features high automation, stable operation and high hourly output with low operation thresholds. It can finish material extrusion, forming and bag discharging in one go, drastically reducing the volume of loose materials, cutting storage space occupancy and slashing long-distance transportation costs.

Its compression chamber is precision-manufactured via milling and laser cutting for uniform pressure bearing. Compressed materials such as wood shavings and sawdust maintain intact structure without fragmentation; they naturally loosen after bag removal with no damage to the original material texture. 3. Working Principle

Matched with an automatic conveying feeding mechanism, the machine receives raw materials into the hopper. A motor drives the hydraulic pump station to draw hydraulic oil, and hydraulic directional valves control reciprocating movement of the oil cylinder to continuously compact fluffy materials inside the chamber into neat bales. After forming, bales are automatically ejected, then manually bagged and sealed to complete the whole baling process.

The full automatic workflow only requires one operator on duty to cut labor costs, ideal for continuous production line operation.

6. Equipment Maintenance, Operation Specifications & Safety Instructions

1. Conduct regular daily maintenance and lubrication on schedule; only No.46 standard hydraulic oil shall be used for the machine.

2. Keep hydraulic oil level within the marked standard range; overfilling or underfilling is prohibited.

3. Wiring must strictly follow the equipment circuit diagram; mixing three-phase and two-phase power supply is forbidden.

4. Keep the working pressure gauge reading below 18 MPa; overpressure operation is strictly prohibited.

5. Assign dedicated full-time operators. Feeding or compressing flammable, explosive and hazardous materials is forbidden.

6. Failures caused by unauthorized equipment modification, replacement of non-original factory parts or violation of operation rules are not covered under the three guarantees warranty.
